The call out charge applied relates to the time we attend site, rather than the time at which you contact us. An initial assessment will be made when you call, and an appropriate response time agreed with you. In most circumstances, the electrician should be able to fix the fault during the first visit. However, on the rare occasions that this is not possible (due to the requirement of a non-standard part, for example) the electrician will make the installation safe and return with the part at a mutually convenient time.
